Airfix 54255-5 GWR 187 Didcot Auto Coach and Airfix 54250-0 Class 'B' GWR Suburban Brake Coach for Spares or Repairs.

Didcot auto coach has no buffers, its chassis is damaged and the roof is marked. Runs on track fine. Both couplings and hooks present.

Suburban brake coach has no boogies so no couplings and coupling hooks. Chassis is in perfectly good condition. All buffers are present just one chipped and the roof is clean.

You could swap the bogies from the didcot auto coach to the suburban brake coach to make it complete and use the didcot auto coach for spares.

Or you could swap the chassis from the didcot auto coach to the suburban brake coach to make the didcot auto coach complete and use the subururan brake coach for spares.

Instead you could even get replacement bogies for the suburban brake coach and then use the two as they are when able to run on track.
