Should the product develop any mechanical faults during the period of warranty then contact us to arrange the return of the item
Subject to inspection, the product will be repaired and returned free of charge
This Guarantee does not apply where:
Repairs have been made or attempted by others
Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear (cable damage, etc)
The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
Alterations have been made to the tool
Electronic Units are not covered by the warranty
IMPORTANT : HILTI RED LIGHT SERVICE INDICATOR
This machine has been fully serviced however, Hilti Electronic Units are designed to activate the Red Light Service Indicator after 200 Hours use and can only be reset once the light comes on
After the indicator lights up, the machine can be used for approx. 10 more hours before the automatic cut out is activated after which it will completely shut down and may be irrepairable
As soon as the Red Light Indicator lights up, you should have the machine taken to a professional repair shop for an Electronic Unit Reset before the automatic cut is activated
Outside of your warranty we provide this Red Light Reset Service using a Hilti Reset Tool for £80.00 + Vat
If the Service Light comes on at any point in the 12 Month Warranty period then contact us ASAP to arrange return for a
FREE ELECTRONIC UNIT RESET
A VAT invoice will be issued when goods are dispatched and all auction prices are inclusive of VAT
