Here is my extremely well built beautiful iconic Porsche 356 replica,
She was correctly IVA tested and registered in 2017, and according to the paperwork she becomes classed has an historic car this April.
The chassis was shortened and rebuilt with a new frame head and floors by Chesil.
She was built with a new front beam and all new suspension and brakes including callipers, in fact if it was not replaced with new components the original parts was stripped and refurbished.
She is in great condition and drives amazing, she spent a week at centre of gravity to have her suspension fully set up with all print outs in the massive folder full of paperwork including all the documents,MOTs and service history of the original beetle and a full build diary and ever receipt no matter how little a spend.
She was treated to an exceptional paint job in 2017 costing £3600, the colour is beautiful and really suits the car, it’s Jaguar old English white, paint code C250.
The engine has done around 2700 miles since it was fully rebuilt in 2017 I believe it to be around 1700 with twin carbs, she starts first time ever time no mater how long you leave her, being on twin carbs she takes a about 30 seconds to warm up and tick over sweetly.
I’m only selling her to help fund home improvements and an extension, that said I will not give her away I will just take a bank loan out, the reason I have chosen her is as a family we use the other classics more to camp in and have days away.
I will consider a part x for a classic car but it must be solid not necessarily mint but solid, my son wants a classic to do up to take shows and meets, it can also be show ready, he would like any old Vdub, a bmw e30 or strangely a trabant but if you have something interest just let me know, he can either buy it from you or I would sell him it at probably less than we agree, that’s generally the way it works with kids😂
I have not put lots of information in the listing but if you are genuinely interested in more than happy to help and give you any information or pictures you want, if you want to come and view you are more than welcome but I would need a days notice because it’s in my storage and I would like that location to be kept secret but the car can be viewed at my address which is the same as in the v5, I hope you understand I just want to keep my vehicles safe.
