By bidding or buying an item through one of our eBay listings you are deemed to have accepted all of our terms and policies and are bound by a legal agreement to purchase the goods. Payment is expected within 4 days of the purchase unless stated otherwise. Under the Distance Selling Regulation (2000), non-business customers have 7 days from date of delivery to cancel an order and return the item in its original condition and packaging. Please refer to the Returns and Shipping sections for the terms regarding these matters.

Payment:
Paypal is our preferred payment method. It is the quickest and easiest payment method, and insures safety for both buyer and seller.
If you would rather pay by Other Method, please Email Us. Unfortunately we are only able to accept PayPal for overseas orders.
All payments should be made within 7 days of purchasing an item. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and a non-payment dispute opened. If you have a problem with payment please let us know asap, we may be able to help.
Shipping:
We always aim for same day dispatch on all orders received and paid before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
All orders received during weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 2nd class for the majority of shipments. For higher value or heavy items, we use Yodel for economy shipping or an alternative courier for express deliveries.
If you require express shipping, please contact us for a quote. To speed up this process please provide your postcode, and the item(s) you would like to order.
For overseas orders, we typically use Royal Mail Airmail, or courier shipping for high value bulky items.
Postage times:
Typically Royal Mail 1st class will arrive within 1-3 working days. However please allow 7 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Economy courier deliveries typically take 3-5 working days. Express courier varies, depending on the service used.
Shipments to Europe are normally received within 7 working days, but can vary depending on the destination country, and load on the postal system. Please allow 20 working days before contacting us if there is a problem.
Shipments to the rest of the world can take 7-14 days, depending on the destination country. Please allow 20 working days before contacting us with an issue.
