A 2 1/4 inch tall medicine DOSE GLASS that has a slight sun colored amethyst tint to it.  It is a WESTERN glass from PASADENA CALIFORNIA.  This glass is FULLY EMBOSSED, the back side has measurements embossed on it.  This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE Blown Glass dose glass with a smooth tooled lip, dating it well over a century old.

• Glass embossed:  "HUFF / LEADING DRUGGIST / PASADENA / CAL."  The other side of the glass is embossed "SPOONS, TABLE, TEA", with measuring lines AND numbers.  

• Condition:   Glass is in excellent clean condition.  It may have a trace of haze or age wear, minimal.  NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc.  PLEASE see pictures for the best idea of glass's overall appearance/condition.
  

• Age:  An ORIGINAL ANTIQUE blown-glass vessel, ca. early 1900.

Note that this dose glass also has a fancy embossed line under that name HUFF.  Just a small percentage of antique dose glasses are embossed and even fewer are from small western towns that had a sparse population a century ago.  NOTE too that this little glass has a slight sun color amethyst tint, the sign of an authenticate antique glass vessel.  With few exceptions, only antique glass from before WWI will turn this amethyst color when exposed to the sunlight.  Not only does this amethyst tint make it an attractive little glass, it also authenticates is as a true antique.  PROBABLY a RARE glass, check it out!
