I have a Butterick pattern # 3673 that features an evening top, dress and skirt.  The package includes instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Top, lower calf (back) or dress, mid-knee, has close-fitting, lined bodice with front pleated overlay, self or contrast bow with pleated knot and back zipper. A, B: shaped peplum with self or contrasting lining.  C: slightly tapered skirt with back hemline slit.
• Slightly tapered skirt, above mid-knee or mid-knee, has waistband and back zipper and hemline slit.

This is a misses' 12, 14 and 16 and it is an out of production, cut (used) pattern. It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
