The Ibanez RG550 features the classic double-cutaway RG design in a basswood body with a fast and playable Super Wizard 5pc Maple/Walnut neck adorned with dot inlays and 24 jumbo frets on an ultra-flat 15.74 radius which allows for maximum velocity soloing and effortless string bending.Electronics include an Ibanez S1 single-coil pickup sandwiched between two humbucking pickups at the bridge and neck for a broad range of tonal options via the 5-way pickup selector. Black hardware, including an Ibanez Edge Locking tremolo bridge with locking nut, gives this guitar extra sizzle.
