It is in excellent condition and has no flaws..no chips or cracks, no fleabites, no scratches/scuffs. It was never used to hold water and does not have any interior cloudiness or residue. This would present as an elegant gift for Valentines Day, an anniversary, a wedding gift, a birthday gift, etc. And would fit all decor styles with its timeless heart design. It stands 7 1/4 inches tall and a 2.5 inch base. Made in Poland. Etched Waterford stamp on the bottom of vase.
