This is a pristine partial set of 3 1967 Congo Stamps with denominations of 1K, 5K and 6.6K. These stamps are celebrating the 4th African Unity Organization Conf. The set was initially overprinted with "4e Sommet OUA KINSHASA du 11 au 14 - 9 - 67" and surcharged. However, the overprinting on these stamps were inverted. These stamps have never been used and are in mint condition, have no hinge marks and have their original gum.
