Real protection from thermal imagers, like a poncho = put on yourself, or stretched like a screen in front, like a roof on top.
face and back = oxford multicam, in the middle there is a specialized foil vapor barrier.
150cm X 280cm (140cm = perfectly covers the legs from below)
advantages:
* really cannot be penetrated by thermal imagers from any working distance (tested with both a thermal imaging sight and different thermal imagers)
There are some nuances regarding the thickness of an aluminum steam barrier. For snipers who are at a distance of 200 meters and further... a vapor barrier gap of 80 is enough, it makes it quieter and easier for them.
To cover yourself in the trenches, an even thinner ~60 thickness is enough, since you won’t press the poncho to your body and there will be air movement.
But for guards, miners, drone operators, doctors... + we add shoulder pads made of foam rubber so that there is air movement. And we set the more gentle steam barre to 110.
This is ideal for camouflage at a distance of 100m (in winter, from 30-40 meters there is complete protection, but in summer it is better to stay at 100 meters).
For reconnaissance = we need to individually get out of the task, but more often we usually do the knife more sparingly.
Attention! This is not an invisibility cloak, but protection from a heat visor. Which hides the temperature. Modern heaters have 4 modes, and can simultaneously apply PNB waves and warm and... Then all the trees and stones are visible on the screen.
Therefore, task No1 = blur the silhouette of a person’s toulo. And this poncho copes with this task too.
That is, do not expect that the silhouette of the poncho will not be visible at all (look at the last photos). First of all, there will NOT be a thermal glow of a person’s tulob; secondly, the silhouette of the tulob will be hidden in the landscape.
* does not adhere gently to the skin, so it does not quickly heat up from the body even on a summer night (this is thanks to the fabric made in three layers not sparingly connected + the design of the poncho itself ensures air movement).
Therefore, the design does not fit like clothing, but like a poncho.
* complete protection from rain;
* eyelets at the corners = can be stretched and fixed as a screen from above/vertically, etc.;
* original multicam ornament = perfect camouflage for spring, summer, autumn;
* tear resistant. Unlike regular foil, which comes out at the seams;
* takes up little space when folded;
* for summer = added lining in the shoulder and back areas for better ventilation. For the winter it’s unnecessary, but at the moment in the summer when it’s hot = it’s necessary.
* several ponchos can be connected along the edge into one awning (last photo)
Disadvantages = there is a little friction noise.
Optimal protection against drones with greenhouses for guards, as a protection screen for overnight stays, PPD, etc.
Be sure to wear this poncho = over your helmet and body armor with BC.
In summer, side buttons = keep open
We deliver it by new mail with a fee, evaluate the quality - then make the final decision.
p.s.
It’s worth practicing using it a couple of times = how to cover your face with a screen, fasten all the buttons, how to cover your legs from below.
Try it when there is greenery around, when in the city, in the field...
practice = and you will be protected in this technological struggle where drones have simply changed all the rules.
