If an item is purchased and then a mistake is identified on the description of the item, the buyer has multiple options. 1) If the item has not been shipped, the buyer can cancel the order for a full refund. 2) If the item has already shipped, the buyer can return the item (free to the buyer) and a full refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected. 3) The buyer can decide to keep the item, no further action will be required in this case.
