A super beautiful vintage chess set made of wood and precious stone! No missing pieces and ready for a new chapter and many years of use and love. Such a vibrant and warm piece to add character to any space. 

Overview:

- No missing pieces! 32 pieces in total - 16 pieces per side/color
- I believe this was created around the 70's
- Not marked, but my guess is this set was made in Mexico

- Pieces are solid quartz and Malachite (or possibly jade but I think Malachite due to the banding, rich color, and streaks)

Flaws:

- Slight flaws that come with it's age: Marks on the wooden board including some scratches, two water circle spots, and some other small divets and marks that add to the character of this piece. There is a handful of pieces that have flaws/cracks/chips which are all shown in photos as well. I notices around 6 total pieces with light flaws; nothing major. One piece has a larger chip with signs or repair.

Measurements:

- Board measures 15 3/4 inches long by 15 3/4 inches wide and about 1 1/2 inches high

- tallest pieces measure 4 1/2 inches tall

- smallest pieces measure 1 5/8 inches tall
