Recommended Use
This car seat is suitable from approx. 1
to 12 years (9-36kg). Forward facing seat only.
Forward-facing harness mode: suitable
from approx. 1 to 4 years (9-18kg) using the 5-point harness to secure your
child inside the car seat. To install the car seat into your vehicle, use the
3-point safety belt.
Forward-facing highback booster mode:
suitable from approx. 4 years to 12 years (15-36kg). Secure your child in the
car seat using the vehicle's 3-point safety belt.

Order Process
As soon as your order is received, the despatch
process starts on the next working day. Free delivery usually within 3 to 5
working days. In any event, it will be within 30 days after the day on
which we accept your Order. All orders are delivered by DPD. We currently do
not despatch items at weekends/Bank Holiday. We don’t ship internationally.
Order Address
You can arrange for the order to be delivered to an
alternative address to the billing address. Please select this option whilst processing
your payment.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email/text
message with a link to track your order. DPD offer a range of delivery options
using the tracking link via text message.
Delivery Cost
Our customer satisfaction is essential. Therefore
we do offer free delivery for any order.
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your product, you
may do so within 30 days of delivery so long as the product is in its original
packaging in unused condition. Please include proof of purchase with your
return for a full refund.
When we receive your returned
item, we will check it to make sure the return is valid. If the item is either
in its original condition or has a manufacturing fault, you will receive your
full refund within 7-10 working days in the same payment method as with
which you made the purchase. Should there be any issue with the returned
product or validity, we will contact you directly.
How To Return
A returns label will be included with each item. Detailed on
this are the instructions and options for returning your product via DPD.
Please ensure you include the returns
document (printed on reverse of despatch documents) with the product to ensure
timely processing of the return.
