Perfect if your head is missing its or they are rusted beyond use, the second photo shows one of these up against one from 1974, the last photo shows the internal batons/screws of the same 1974 head.

Tbh its pretty important they are this length, any longer and they will poke out the front, any shorter and they won't grip into the front panel..
