This item is brand new with tags. It is very lightweight and great for running. It has thumb holes and also has a part of the sleeve than can be rolled down over your hands like a glove. Inside of the pocket there is a smaller pocket that secures with velcro. It would be perfect for one of those hot hands packs or to keep cards/cash so they don't fall out while running.
