Returns will only be accepted if the item is different from what is described
in the product description.
As a rule, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping service
when you placed your order, you will be charged for the restocking fee and the
shipping fee from Japan to the buyer. The shipping fee will be deducted from
the refund amount.
In the unlikely event that a directly managed or branded store determines that
an item is fake, we will take the necessary recall measures.
Just provide us with the information that clearly shows that the item is fake.
