Normally, from the day of departure of the package in:

To optimize costs you can always decide to replace your item by converting the amount of your return into the purchase of other products which do not necessarily have to be of the same category as the first one or of the same price.

Operational Phase:

If the return does not take place within this period, the withdrawal becomes ineffective, not accepted and non-refundable. If, however, you want to activate our Easy Return service, when you communicate your intention to make the return, you just need to indicate the day you prefer for collection and prepare the package for return by placing the product in the same packaging in which you received it, or in a similar format, seal the package well with scotch tape and wait comfortably for the courier to come by for collection.

Attention:

In both cases the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the original packaging and labels, it must not have been used (except as necessary to verify conformity with its description), washed or manipulated.

The Customer does not have the right of withdrawal only for products made to measure or clearly personalized.
