This DVD set features two volumes of "The Way of Traditional Taekwondo" mini-series, focusing on the martial art of Tae Kwon Do. Produced by the American Taekwondo Association, the DVDs are encoded in NTSC format with a region code of 1 (US, Canada...). The tall/DVD case contains two DVDs, with a total of five and seven episodes respectively.

The mini-series provides detailed instruction on self-defense techniques and the history and philosophy of Tae Kwon Do. The full screen DVDs also feature additional scenes and interactive content, providing a comprehensive learning experience for beginners and advanced students alike. The DVDs are in English language with subtitles available.

Both DVDs have been tested and work great. These DVDs come in their original cases and are just a bit dirty from storage. I have cleaned them up a little bit since there photos. The discs are lightly scratched correctly with some light scratches throughout both DVDs.
