INFORMATION ABOUT ALL OF OUR PINS:

·    All of our pins have the Disney copyright on the back and are therefore official Disney pins. All pins are metal and tradable. 

·        All pins have official Mickey backs (no metal or non-Disney backings). 

·    Please note: it is because of the very nature of pin trading (each pin may have seen multiple hands) that some pins may have minor blemishes.

·    Pins listed as *New on Pin Card* are brand new from a Disneyland store/have never been traded. The pin and card may have creases/wear/etc. from storage/age/transporting/etc. 

·    Please feel free to ask any questions before your purchase is complete. We inspect all of our pins before listing to make sure you get the best possible pin(s). We are confident that your purchase is just as described.

·    The pin(s) comes from a smoke-free home.

·        We will do our best to work with you and any concerns you may have; just write us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

PAYMENT:

Full payment for the auction must be made within 8 days of the end of the auction, otherwise you will lose the purchase and we may re-list it on e-bay at our convenience. In the case of a *buy-it-now* pin, full payment must be made within 8 days of the date you bought it. 

SHIPPING & DISCOUNTS:

We use a flat domestic rate so that you can easily calculate the cost of your purchase.  

We offer a shipping discount for all pins bought over a 7-day period starting with the end of your first purchase. In order to take advantage of the discount, all of the items must be paid for on a single invoice. Payment for multiple items purchased must be made in full within 16 days of the end of the first item that you have won. The first item shipping fee will be at the regular price; each additional pin will be shipped at the discounted 49 cent rate.

(Discount may not apply to jumbo pins, sets/multiple pins in one auction, or things that would reasonably be considered larger/heavier than an average-sized rack-pin). 

Your item(s) will be carefully packed no matter where we are shipping to!!

U.S. SHIPPING

Once we receive cleared payment it will be shipped per ebay listing. If you need the pin(s) fast, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our items and we are sure you will be happy with your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once we receive cleared payment the item will be shipped per ebay listing. If you need the pin(s) fast, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

If you need to request a refund AND will return your pin(s) you must contact us first through e-bay for approval and return shipping address. You must give reasonable cause for the return to be approved for a refund. 

If your refund is not approved prior to the return of the items, you will not receive a refund. All shipping expenses are at your (the buyers) expense. No refunds will be issued unless the item has been received at the return shipping address in the same purchased condition. There will not be any refunds on shipping fees.
