DETAILS: Original Black Panther Party manifesto poster issued for the Panthers 1970 convention held in Washington, DC. The front of the poster has the Panthers manifesto. It declares: "For the salvation, liberation and freedom of our people, we will not hesitate to either kill or die. All power to the people." On the reverse are images of Huey Newton, Malcolm X and Bobby Seale along with writings by Panther leader Eldridge Cleaver (Minister of Information). Art design is by Emory Douglas (Minister of Propaganda). Measures approximately 23" x 17" inches.
