I personally would say that the Painting is in Very Good condition for it's age. It does show some light wear and normal signs of natural aging.
The frame is a nice antique piece (quite valuable in it's own right). It is in vintage pre-owned (used) condition, with natural wear, blemishes, scratches, cracks, nicks, chips, etc..
