To remain successful, a business must grow and adapt with the times. Since its inception in 1930, Pearlman's Jewelers has gone from a successful regional family-run jewelry store, to a major high-end player in the online designer jewelry scene. Started by Aaron Pearlman and passed along to Bill Pearlman in the 70s, both were blessed with the vision to take Pearlman's to the next level – and to continue to raise the bar in the fine jewelry market.

For 89 years, Pearlman's has represented premier jewelry designers, offering our famous stellar service. We're a family-run business, pampering every customer like a member of our family. When many homegrown businesses are retreating from the big-box retailers, Pearlman's leads the charge—both in the brick-and-mortar world and in cyberspace. Today our online superstore, Pearlmans Jewelers, is a major player in the international designer jewelry scene.

Return Policy

We take great pride in working with you to select the most perfect piece of jewelry for yourself or a loved one. We understand, however that sometimes items must be returned. We are happy to refund or exchange your item within 14 days of the listing end date for all eBay transactions. All returns must have an RMA number displayed on the outside of the box. Call or email Pearlman's Jewelers to obtain an RMA number. Any funds will be returned via Paypal less any eBay, Paypal and shipping charges incurred.

All pieces must be returned in original condition with original packaging. Any alterations to the jewelry, stones or sizes will void a return.

All sales final on all accepted offers.

Shipping Policy

We ship in-stock items on the following business day. We offer insured UPS Ground shipping at a flat fee of $15 for all eBay transactions, Closeouts, Previously Owned, Estate jewelry, and new purchases under $500. New orders over $500 are sent via UPS Second Day Air at no extra charge. Shipping may be combined for multiple purchases. Please notify us if you have won, or intend to win multiple items.

About UPS Ground:

• Delivery usually occurs in 3 to 6 business days after item ships.
• UPS will only ship to a street address and not to a P.O. Box.
• Signature is required.

Need faster service? We will send your order UPS Next Day Air for a $25 fee. Choose this option during checkout.

Pearlman's Jewelers is willing to ship any item internationally. Buyer will assume actual costs for all international shipping, customs, taxes (VAT, etc.) and insurance fees.

We know that jewelry is often for an engagement or another special occasion and will work with you to create a special surprise for your loved one.

Payment

Payment must be received in full within seven days from the listing end. All eBay transactions must be paid via Paypal.
