Look closely at the pictures and ASK QUESTIONS, BEFORE BIDDING, DO NOT Make Assumptions, then get mad at me when your Assumptions are wrong.  Know what you are bidding on. I do not accept refunds, unless the item is somehow, not as described.  As perfect as I am, I am not infallible. I will not accept refunds because just YOU didn’t understand the description or you changed your mind. 

I will, usually, NOT give Partial Refunds (except shipping), for you to keep the items, they will not be free.   Any item that is returned, however, MUST be returned in the EXACT condition it was received.  Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.

This may be listed as, in good working condition, but once it has been installed it cannot be returned, I am not going to pay for another fried part because it was hooked up incorrectly.  Any return must be received in the EXACT condition it was shipped.

Shipping is a "calculated estimate" through eBays system, usually, wrong, high for some reason, based on weight and distance from northern CA.  Multiple shipping options are available in the “shipping and payments” tab.  If it seems super high ask and I'll send a more exact shipping quote.  Any difference in actual shipping that was paid will be refunded.

Buyer to pay shipping (12 lbs  from 96130), payment by pay pal, M O, Ck, or …..   

Shipping costs are based on weight and destination, if the actual shipping is cheaper than the estimate, the difference will be refunded.  Priority Mail Flat Rate available when cheaper.  Shipping always combined when possible.
