This antique Magic Lantern slide is labelled Zulu War No 46. It is a great military slide depicting Lord Chelmsford and Col. Pearson on horseback. The slide is in excellent vintage condition, no cracks or scratches to the glass. Both pieces of glass are together with the original paper sides and side paper label description: ‘46 Meeting of Lord Chelmsford and Col. Pearson’. Note the slide has not been cleaned; please look at the photos as they form part of the condition description.
Dimensions: 3.25 x 3.25 inches or 8.2 x 8.2 cm. Thickness approximately 3 mm, weight before packing 44 grams.
The slide will be wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap in a small sturdy box for posting.
