Here is my Honfer congress that I'm selling just because I don't play it anymore. The body is in pretty decent shape was clear coated to protect the original paint on the back and front. The neck was repair long before I got it but I've never had issues with it for all the years I've had it. That's the only issue with it. The neck is pretty straight considering it's age and pre truss rod. Plays really well. The tail piece is an original compensator that's in beautiful condition looks basically brand new. It's not just very well looked after. The tuners have been changed at some point but work fine. The original bridge sat way to high so I changed it out for something that would let the guitar play properly.

It was fitted with a pickup but I removed it but the wiring is there if you want to fit one. The holes where there when I got it but the pots work fine.

All in all it's a very honest old hofner Congress it will be shipped in a hard case to keep her as safe as I can make her I'd prefer collection so you can look it over and see if she's a good fit for you. It's not perfect but it's a nice player and you can enjoy playing it with worrying about hurting it. She needs a new home where she gets played.

I am open to offers but sensible ones the tail piece is 100 quid alone. There is no damage to the guitar just wear and tear from years of playing.
