RARE Vintage Woodworth Viegay Perfume & Sachet Bottle 1920's Art Deco

Small bottle is embossed with overlapping seashells and has a satin finish. Stopper is red. Made in France (possibly Lalique?).

Small bottle size is approximately 3" tall x 2.25" wide

The large sachet jar is clear glass and features the same overlapping seashells displayed on the smaller perfume bottle. Threaded top is frosted glass. The top of the neck displays some broken areas (see pics). The unusual part of this bottle is the threaded top which screws into the neck of the bottle. The process of molding a threaded glass stopper that screws into the bottle is very difficult. When the top is screwed in the broken areas on the neck of the bottle are hard to see (see pics). PLEASE take caution when screwing the top in and out so as to avoid injury.

Large bottle size is approximately 6.25" tall x 2.5" at widest point tapering to 2" at the base

These bottles appeared in the Monsen and Bear 'For The Love of Perfume' catalog May 15th, 1999 on page 97.

Please see pics for additional details and description.
