Good working OEM spare tire carrier.  Will fit 99-19 Silverado or Sierra trucks.  Will not fit SUV or Avalanche models.   Buyer is responsible for making sure the part they are replacing looks exactly like the part pictured before bidding.   GM used a short and long style winch; this is the short style as pictured.
