Step 3: Your Device will be fixed and shipped back within 1 or 2 business days after we receive your phone/tablet. We will notify you with the return tracking number # when it is ready to ship back.

- We cover 1 way free shipping only which is from us back to you after your device is repaired. You still have to pay to ship it to us.

How It Works:

The $10 fee is non-refundable and covers diagnostics and return shipping.

Once diagnosed, we quote a final price covering ALL “logic board” issues found.

If the repairs are successful, the $10 will be credited towards the final price.

If the repairs are unsuccessful OR declined the $10 will be used to ship the device back.
