Pressure Switch Adjustment Method

1. Open the pressure switch cover with a screwdriver.

2. Locate the internal hexagonal screw hole in the center of the switch.

3. Turn it clockwise to increase the pressure, and counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.

Operating Instructions

1. Connect the pump with the inlet and outlet pipes, and make sure that the inlet and outlet pipes are tightly connected, otherwise, it will cause low pressure, no water suction, water leakage, and other problems.

2. Install a filter at the inlet end. The density of filtration is better than 50 mesh.

3. The pump is connected to the power supply, and the output parameters of the connected power supply must meet the input requirements of the motor.

4. Turn on the power, and the pump starts to run out of water for 5-10 seconds. Drain the air in the pump and pipeline. When the water is stable, turn off the power temporarily. Then connect the water gun, faucet, shower, and other related tools.

5. When you stop using, just turn off the water outlet faucet. The water pump has a pressure switch automatic start/stop function. You just open the faucet for the next use.

Notes

1. When the pump is working, it is necessary to ensure smooth drainage of the pump to avoid holding the pump and causing damage to the pressure switch.

2. If you hear the switch ticking in operation, please turn off the pump immediately and adjust the pressure appropriately.

3. The motor has a slight waterproof function, splashed with a little water do not need to worry too much (dry can be), but the pump motor is strictly prohibited to immerse in water. If the pump is placed in the open air, it should be protected with a cover to avoid water splashing into the motor, causing power failure, leakage, or motor damage.

4. The water inlet must be installed with a filter device, so as not to inhale the liquid with impurities, otherwise, it will easily block the pump, which will result in lower pressure, smaller flow, and even no water pumping. It is strictly forbidden to use this machine without a filter, and the density of the filter is better than 50 mesh (impurities will cause damage to the pump).

6. The water pump works intermittently. Please note that it does not work for 24 hours. Please disconnect the connection between the motor pump and the power supply when it is not used for a long time or suspended in the middle of the use.

7. The pump has a pressure switch adjustment function. You can properly adjust the pressure according to your actual needs. If the pressure is too small, the switch is easy to start and stop frequently resulting in burning. If the pressure is too large, the switch is less likely to play a role, which results in the pump can not being properly closed.

8. After using in winter, you need to drain the water in the pump and pipeline, otherwise it is easy to freeze and break the pump (only for some cold icing place).

9. The pump has been tested before leaving the factory, so the user should not disassemble it. Before use, please confirm the power supply, power parameters need to be consistent with the motor pump input parameters.

10. The correct installation method should be with the pump head facing down or lying flat.

11. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement. Please make sure you do not mind before you order.
