• It has a really neat type style on the name plate.
• The hole puncher is very effective and easily punches both holes.
• I don’t know if it is missing the tin cover to catch the paper cut outs since there are 2 screw holes in the face to fasten to a wall or countertop.
• These were used to punch double holes in invoices in hardware stores and hometown general stores.
  
• This double hole puncher by Saml C Tatum Co  was a patented and  "made  in the USA”
• It is in good shape and made from cast iron with some light rust spots. 
• The paper hole punch is 4 3/4” wide and 6 1/8" deep across the base and it is 4 1/2” tall with the handle up.
• The holes are punched 2 3/4” apart.
