Found this in an estate I purchased. It appears to work. No weights. What you see is what you are getting. Measurements are in the listing photos. Ill take the post off so shipping is cheaper you can see in the last couple photos where my finger is it just screws back on not too complicated. SOLD AS IS. No returns on large heavy items
