Tech Bench Systems is also a green recycling company. While remarketing used servers keeps them from prematurely crowding landfills or storage, sometimes parts are broken or out-of-date. In those instances, Tech Bench Systems recognizes the continued need for proper disposal. Whatever we can’t use, we recycle.

30-Day Warranty: This product is warrantied for 30 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 30 days of shipment. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasions, damages may occur during shipment. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products!

Warranty Return Policy: We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. No returns will be processed after the warranty period is over.

Restocking Fee: We cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If you have any doubts, or more information is needed, please visit the manufacturer's website. There is a 15% restocking fee for the return of non-defective item.

We know you would rather have your purchase sooner than later so we ship as fast as possible. We try our best to ship most of our packages by FedEx Ground the same business day if checkout is completed by 10:00AM EST.

Emergency Overnight Service: On many parts and some servers we offer emergency overnight shipping. Contact us if you need this service. Overnight shipping is expensive but we understand the urgency when a production server is down.

Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Canada Shipping: The shipping prices listed are for the 48 contiguous states. If you want the product to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii please request an invoice as the flat shipping fee does not apply for these areas. We will search for the cheapest shipping to your area. As a general rule we do not ship to Canada but we do make exceptions if the customer is willing to schedule the shipping and handle the customs paperwork.
