This is in excellent, near perfect condition. It is still sealed as it originally came from the factory. It addition to the factory sealed protective sleeve, this album has been stored in a slightly larger protective sleeve since I bought it in 1997. Most of the pictures were taken with the larger protective sleeve removed. The larger protective sleeve is only in place and visible in the last picture.

The factory protective sleeve does have a few fairly small holes or spaces in the plastic including one at the upper right corner of the album. I have other sealed copies of this album, and they all have the same or similar tiny holes or spaces including the one at the upper right corner. So I believe these spaces were either intentionally or unintentionally in place when these albums left the factory.

In 1997 I bought this album at Tower Records as indicated by the price sticker visible in the first and third pictures. That sticker is on the factory protective sleeve.
