I have a vintage Butterick pattern # 6830 that features a dress with elbow-length sleeves.  The package includes instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Dress, above ankle, has loose-fitting, dropped waist bodice, drape with loop, stay with attached flounces, back button closing and above elbow sleeves.  A: collar (bias front).  Sleeves, drape and collar (wrong side may show).

This is a misses' 12, 14 and 16 and it is an out of production, cut (used) pattern. It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
