A note about packaging for 'mint in box' collectors. We sell thousands of brand new collectable items on eBay including figurines, action figures and other various collectables.
We are occasionally contacted by 'mint in box' collectors who require 100% mint product to keep sealed for collection / future investment purposes. Unfortunately, due to the way that items are shipped to us by suppliers, it is always possible that the packaging on any item may have minor marks / dents / blemishes or other signs of general wear and tear. For this reason we regret that we cannot offer any of our products as being suitable for such collectors.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: You can return your order up to 30 days after you have received it. Whether this is because you no longer want the item, you received the wrong item or the item has arrived damaged. If you return your item it must arrive in its original condition and unopened otherwise we have the right to deny a refund.
If the item was damaged in the post, you can send the item back to the return address for a full refund or a replacement.
In the case that you have received the wrong item you can send the item back and once we receive it you can either, have a full refund (including the cost of the postage) or we can send you your original order.
All returns must be sent tracked otherwise if the item goes missing in the post we won't have any evidence that you sent the item.

Q: How will my item be packaged ?
A: All of our Orders are carefully and appropriately packaged to ensure that there is no damage to your item. Figures are double bubble wrapped and we use cardboard, packing peanuts and other loose fill when necessary. If you have any special request for how your item is packaged message us as I am sure we can help.

Q: How long will it takes for my order to arrive ?
A: We are based in the United Kingdom and we ship our orders with Royal Mail. Domestic shipping will typically take 2-3 work days to arrive.
For International orders, delivery will vary based on your location so please allow up to 14 working days before messaging us.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday with same day delivery up to 14:00pm. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday morning.

Q: Are these Items Genuine?
A: Yes, all of our Branded products are 100% genuine and are ordered directly from brands like Funko, Mattel, Hasbro, McFarlane, Diamond Select Toys, Jada Toys, and Bandai, with more other big brands available. All of our products are Brand New and have never been opened.

Q: Is this item in stock?
A: If an item is listed on our shop it is currently in stock and ready to ship. We do have Pre-Order listings, please contact us if you have any questions.
