A 1965 Morris Cooper S (KA2S4L) delivered new in Belgium.
Since 1987 in hands of the 2 owner.
Finished in Tartan red with an English old white roof.
Originally build for track use but later converted for rallying and hillclimb racing.
Has mainly been used to compete in Belgian historic rallies and historic hillclimb racing.
The original and very rare ‘thin flench’ A-series 11 stud 1275 Cooper S engine has been rebuild by a specialist in 2023.
The bore has been increased .20 so it’s a 1293cc with a heavily modified Oselli head, forged Omega MED pistons, MED titanium valve caps, 274SP cam, polished followers, balanced and forged EN40B crankshaft, 123 ignition, etc
Has been tested for 25km.
Extra 1275 thin flench AEG312 engine block, and remote 3-syncro gearbox included.
