Old Sponge Tray Soap Dish Nickel on BRASS Clawfoot Tub Rim Mount 1900’s

A rare tub mount sponge and soap dish. It is from the age of claw foot tubs and porcelain sinks.

• It is nice and clean and has achieved a charming color and wear that displays well.
  
• I cleaned the soap scum off
• There are a few fly specks in the nickel from years of use. They are hard to show in the photos
• The soap tray was made to be hung on the edge of a clawfoot bathtub.
  
• The arms are soft enough to be formed to any shape edge of a tub
• The dish itself was from solid brass rods and the arms are also brass.
  
• It is 7 3/4” long
•  6 3/4" high 
• 8 1/2” deep over the hanger hooks.
