Kuhl brand sz 10 cargo type(because of pockets) pants for girls.  The closure is by snap and zipper.  The waist and hem are adjustable.  Cotton/nylon blend fabric, could have some water resistant features because of the fabric (I am assuming). The bottom of the hem is not frayed or dirty at all; these pants do not appear to have been used, or used only slightly.  There is one 1/2"slight mark on the front right leg see last picture, it is not very visible.  2 buttons on the bottom half of the legs of the pants so that they can be adjusted to a crop/capri length.  2 buttons at waistline with button holes in the waist elastic to adjust for waist size.  The waist size of 24" is with the waist fully extended.
