So these seem to be a couple of Cisco server rack drawers of some kind.  Other than that, I couldn't tell you a thing about 'em.  Both drawers are identical and carry a part number sticker reading "800-102616-01 A0," but I couldn't cross-reference it with anything via a quick Google.

Measurements are around 20" in length, 19" width and 3" at the tallest end.
