This is a vintage handmade pewter figurine featuring a Sleepy wizard, a dragon and the Moon, titled "Dragon Dreams". 

The figurine is adorned with  genuine Austrian Crystals and the Snowflake is a Swarovski Strass Crystal.

This is a rare vintage piece.
