Item has been opened, but never used. Boat is still sealed in plastic packaging. Box was opened to check the condition. This is a collectors item and not a toy. Some marks on the box, but in overall good condition. Sold as seen in the pictures. I have not taken the boat / controller out of the packaging or tested the item, to preserve the condition.
