What's Included:

       
• Auction sales are final. No refunds or credits for auction items.

         
• All DOA (dead on arrival) products must be reported to us for exchange within 48 hours of their receipt according to date of stamp by secure shipping company in order to process a return of your item. You have returned DOA products to us within 3 days. Delays on reporting problem of product will not be followed. After 3 days of DOA, items will be treated as product defect after use. DOA is determined as the delivery date and time indicated by the carriers' online tracking system. You are responsible if the shipment is misplaced. Please provide shipment tracking number, carrier name and carrier details when you are sending us.
         
• We will email you a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) within 72 hours of your request along with return instructions for your item once RMA is approved. All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from their original date of issue.
         
• Items must be returned in original package along with all contents received,   Include the item and all accessories in the original condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number. Otherwise extra fees for missing and or damaged parts will apply.
         
• Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's (bidder) expense.

What the RETURN does not cover :

• Returned packages without an RMA number or with an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted or followed.
       
• Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:            
               
  • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
               
  • Repair or attempted repair by anyone.
               
  • Any damage of the product due to shipment.
               
  • Normal wear and tear.
               
  • Any other cause, which does not relate to a product defect.

       
• Item will be shipped through Royal Mail by post.
       
• Worldwide shipment.
       
• International shipping charges may vary depending on location of countries.
       
• Shipping charges can not be combined with other auctions.
       
• Item(s) are shipped within 72 business hours of payment receipt.
       
• Buyer from oversea, you will receive the item around 3 - 8 weeks after payment receipt.
       
• Postal service are disrupted for various reason, whenever the disruption due to some reason, very likely delay in postal is normal (please have patience, you will definitely receive).

• We use Royal Mail as a shipment method and we haven't faced any lost of shipment until now. If you prefer other shipment method, please contact us.
