HCC Inc. is the only company that offers free written coin and currency appraisals to bank customers and the community at large inside banking offices throughout Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. These appraisals are where we purchase many of the great collector coins we have for auction here on eBay.

Payment

Items must be paid within 7 business days of an auction or buy-it-now’s close. eBay payments. We also accept Master Card, Visa, Discover & American Express by phone. Call our office toll free at 1-800-422-4405 to pay by credit card between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (eastern time) Monday through Friday – we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Send payment to P.O. Shipping (Domestic (U.S.) Only)

We ship fully insured through USPS. Items less than 16 oz. will ship via First Class Mail and anything 16 oz. or over will ship via Priority Mail. Both methods will provide a tracking number, most high value items with come with signature tracking (over $350). Items are shipped Monday through Friday, within 1 business day from the date the payment clears.

Combined Shipping

A Combined Shipping Discount is offered for any additional items won within a one week period. Customers will be charged an additional 50¢ per item to the highest shipping price listed (Example - you purchase several small single coins that are at the rate of $4.50 each and a larger/more expensive item at $10.50 - you'll be charged the $10.50 + .50 cents for each additonal item). Please wait for an adjusted invoice BEFORE sending your payment to take advantage of this great offer. 


Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, you may return any item for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 14 days from receipt (P.O. Box 790, Maumee, OH 43537). Please contact us to let us know you will be returning the coin. A 10% restocking fee may be charged for certain returns in which we have incurred a loss, (unless we have made an error or the item is damaged in the shipping process). Disagreeing with the grade does not mean that the item doesn't match the description or listing—claiming so is a misuse of eBay returns.

Auctions

We post new auctions nightly, Sunday through Thursday, and encourage you to continually check our new listings – with all no reserve auctions (posted from 9:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. eastern time). We offer combined shipping on additional items (see our shipping policies above).
 
Grading

Please note that grading is subjective.  Our numismatists have had a lot of training and are very good at what they do. Still you are advised to use your own judgment and purchase the coin based on the provided photos as well as our descriptions. While our grades are the best guidelines we can offer, they are just our opinion.
