Shipping
We aim to use the Royal Mail standard services for all internal UK letters and parcels except for heavy, multiple or bulky items for which we shall use the most economical parcel or courier services. We are happy to ship internationally, but buyers from outside the UK should first ascertain the correct postage or shipping rates before bidding. We plan to despatch within a working day of receipt of payment but, should this not be possible for any reason at all, we would contact you accordingly.
In addition to those designated as 'collection only', any other item can of course be collected by prior arrangement.
Terms of Sale
All items are offered in good faith and with as accurate descriptions as possible. Should an item be deemed unsatisfactory, returns are accepted and full refunds are made on a 'no quibble' basis as long as the item is returned in the same condition that it was originally despatched.
