Came off a 1970s Cameo Solid body offset electric Japan Guitar

Pickup - Chrome w/ Black accents (same as the ones with the gold foil insert)

Pickguard Mount but can be Flat Mount if you cut off the tabs

Pickup measures 85x30mm - 14mm thick at apex

mount holes are 101mm apart

include mounting screws nut for pickguard mount

can be flat mounted

Tested and working good

reads 5.51K ohms
