Puerto Rican chilli is quite hot chilli - up to 500 000 SHU. Fruit change its color from green to black to yellow. It can develop black/dark orange "cheek" and "shoulders" only if direct sunshine hits it. Really beautiful plant with purple branches and colorful fruit. Plant isn't too big, it grows up to 70 cm(2.5 feet). Fruit is really good for cooking and drying.

Hotness of chilli fully depends on the growing condition. Most chilli plants(except rocoto) love full sun and heat. Every single chilli can be grown even in a small pot, but number of chilli peppers from plant may be reduced.
