1.     the Czech post takes a small registered mail, insured till $40. Shipping cost $4.5-$7.5 depends from weight and size.

2.     Over sum $40 possible to ship in 2-3 packets, maximum $40 in each. You pay shipping cost for each single packet.

3.     Next variant is a 'big' packet with full insurance with shipping cost $25-$32, depends from weight, and there we can collect unlimited numbers of items.

With pleasure we collect 3-4 payments from our permanent customers to ship all together in one insured packet.

Protection: We ship your prints in a rigid envelope with protection against flexion.

We make the shipping once in 7-10 days, but have some delay to note about shipping on web site.

Delay or not delivered:

From our long-time experience, we recommend before complain to visit your post office for question about your packet.

We have sometimes returned post with note “Unclaimed”

We request the post office about reclamation if you not get your packet during 30 days after shipping.

Very often the post find the lost packet and deliver to address with long delay (1.5 months)
