There is plenty if fabric in this Victorian Ca 1880 skirt. remnant.  There are lots of sequined bows and a beautiful pattern in the middle of the skirt which can be used in numerous ways.  The panel measures 110" along the sweep, 38" waist to hem, and 32" along the waist band area.
