Interior:  The interior has a very pretty lining that reminds me of raw silk, the kind of fabric with slubs in it.  (Most likely not silk, though.)  The interior has a divider between the sides.  There is one tiny area on the divider where the fabric is pulling away from the metal closure, and there is some discoloration in that small area.  Please see photos for close-up.  The other closure is fine, as you can see in that close-up. No other marks; no rips; no funky smells.  

Exterior: The exterior is in very good condition, with a few marks that you would expect from being used.  Please see photos. Appears to be thick leather trim along all the edges.  I do not know what the hard body is made of.  Although it could be leather, it may not be.  The color is brown, with red tones.
