Customer return item. It is used item as seen in the pics. There are scratches and abrasions on the pot of the product. It looks like the pot was damaged while being cleaned or burn food. When I turn the product on, it works without any problems, but the remaining cooking juices leak into the pot through the product lid. The cover of the product needs to be cleaned thoroughly. You can see in the pics the lid of the product quit old and used, not clean well. The product and its accessories as seen in the pics. The smart cooking probe and a part which hold water vapor (I guess ) is missing as seen in the last 2 pic.
